The victims are not forgotten, their voices must be heard!
Today, September 25, is "The National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims" it was established in 1999 by the National Organization of Parents of Murdered Children. It was officially designated by both the United States Senate and the House of Representatives in 2007 as a day to acknowledge the tremendous loss suffered by the families and friends of murder victims. 1. Get on with your lives. Stop living and rehashing the past. You can't bring it back. Move on.

  2. Amazing to me that any caring and loving person would ever tell a family to get on with their lives when a loved one is murdered. It's disheartening, anti-christian and mean.
I would ask the person who wrote this, if this was your child, how would you feel if someone told you to get on with your life?
William was my older brother, he was someone whom I loved and looked up to. William served his country with pride and faught to protect his country for your rights also.
So, I would say to you. May God forgive you for judging a family who has prayed for 37 years for a horrendous crime to be solved and his murderers to be brought to justice.

  4. To the person who says "get on with your lives" and "stop rehashing the past" is someone who only wishes we would out of his/her own selfish fears. Who on God's green earth would ever suggest such a remark? It's obvious to me this person has alot to lose.
