JUSTICE..OR GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER

This overturned sentence was based on legal technicality, not innocent!

No matter what happened, GOD is the ultimate judge!

Psalms 37: 12-13 the wicked plot against the just and grind their teeth at them; but the lord laughs at them, knowing their day is coming. And, indeed it is, everyone knows the truth and I shudder to think what is in store for these "innocent people". They made themselves judge and jury of my brother, he did not have a chance to appeal his sentence.

How do people go on with their lives knowing they took another so easily?

  1. Maybe just maybe they are innocent and God made sure they weren't punished for something they didn't do.

  2. Oh their day is coming alright, and we need to pray that God's will be done.

    1 Peter 5:8-9
Stay sober and alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, solid in your faith.

  3. If they were innocent? They know they are guilty and it shows, trust me, you cannot murder another human being and live with it, the pain would be too much to bear, you cannot ever get rid of the pain, because you cannot fool God. Hell is real and people do go there. We Cannot judge their souls, but we sure can judge their actions.
Also Roger Gill's girlfriend overheard them talking about killing William Miller, and of course Mr. Gill gave testimony to it before he decided it was a movie????????????????
Who know maybe it will be a movie or a book or both.

  5. Rodger Gills Girlfriend has been under a doctors care for seeing and hearing voices for years so who knows what she heard Also why did it take her almost 40 years to come forward

  6. You are misinformed, this woman was NOT under doctors care or hearing voices UNTIL AFTER she heard what she did, it nearly destroyed her keeping this horrible secret. She did not come forward out of fear that this man would harm her or her family..

  7. It's sad the innocent continually get swept under the carpet and the guilty go their merry way.
Trust me, if you had gone through what the girlfriend had gone through, you might need help also.
Note, you attack the victim, not the victimizer, she was a victim also.

  8. I truly do not mean to attack anyone I just believe in the true justice for those who may or may not be guilty. In the end God will be the Final Judge. The guilty will then pay unless they have been saved. As I have read and seen in this case there was alot of circumstantial evidence and hearsay.Whose to say there weren't other people out to get William.I am truly sorry for his families loss and pray that some day the truth is known

  9. To be saved you have to tell the truth.
Roger knows the truth as well as the others and even if they finally tell the truth, the pain will be especially bad because they will know full well how they have offended God.
A good example of that is in scriptures when Paul is speaking of the pain he inflicted on Christians.
Plus, the law does not always put people where they belong, so many are set free, just like George, others are brought to trial, found guilty and afew judges let him go.
A jury found George guilty of first degree murder. If you had been at the trial you might have understand why jurors found Hayden guilty.

  10. I was at the trial, and from what I saw there was no proof of any of the 3 discussing anything before the murder, it was hearsay.Rodger's girlfriend didn't testify to what she heard and was supposedly told by Rodger. Also it could not even be proven what gun was used.If you knew Rodger you would know that he is an honest person and was not that close to George and Vicki.Besides if they are lying why did they pass lie detector tests in 1972.

  11. Funny, "anonymous" as Rodger's wife and Vicki, you both are posting, trying to put the blame on everyone but the guilty, understandable..So many innocents lay in this path of destruction! Go ahead, as far as Vicki, you are a pitiful mess and Rodger's wife, you only know what has been told to you by this "born again Christian" you did not even know any of them at that time, you are only standing by your husband and the lies he keeps believing.

  12. "As Rodgers wife"I have known him long enough to know that if he were involved with this he would not be able to live with himself. We do have the evidence that is supposedly against Rodger. We also know that out of 2o hours of what is supposedly a confession only about 4 and a half hours showed up..Just because the investigators were sbi does that mean they are honest God fearing people and always do their job by the book.

  13. You have lived with Rodger a total of how many years? And indeed, tell me how you would KNOW if he was involved? You only KNOW what he tells you, sorry...

  14. So how would YOU know he was involved unless You were there. No one Can know for sure what happened I only know I believe Rodger as there has been no reason for me not to.He is a good and loving husband, father and grandfather. No he is not perfect but who is,As fay as all three I will believe they had something to do with it when there is proof or a true confession. As far as how long I have known Rodger it has been enough years to know him

  15. I figured the person I was writing to was Roger's wife. I wanted you to say you were at the trial. Funny isn't it. You could find no evidence at the trial that pointed to the three killers, yet 12 mem and women found George guilty.
How can you possibly sit and tell us how wonderful Roger is when I am sure you read his deposition where he admitted he was at the scene. OH YES, that's right, he was at the movies in his mind. Pretty sick mind to have come up with all the information he had about the scene of the crime. Maybe he really was there??????????
I actually feel sorry for you, you believe with all your heart that Roger is innocent, it is natural to belive people we love, but how would you have felt if Roger had been the one murdered instead of William. I am pretty darn sure you would have found the killer guilty of the crime also.

  16. I think what this person is trying to tell you is when your husband gave his deposition he not only put himself at the scene, but his vivid description of Vicky screaming to shoot the M--F-- again and then seeing Sgt. Miller not moving. In the grand scheme of things he had too much knowledge to say it was a dream or movie. He was very descriptive because he continues to see the murder take place in his mind. How could anyone that is sane possibly bury it, you can't.
Someday he will see Mr. Miller again and what would he tell him? I'm so sorry I lied. I could have been the one who truly put Mr. Hayden away, you deserve that atleast. After-all you took me in when I needed a friend and this was how I treated my friend?
Roger did not kill Sgt. Miller, but he knew that Hayden had the rifle, they all discussed it and came up with a plan and that plan was to destroy a life, for what?
I would say to Roger that he has so much to gain by the truth, it's the only thing that will set him free.
To make peace with Christ, wow, how special that would be. He's waiting!
I know you don't think he has to admit anything, but it's not your soul, it's his and he is the only one who can mend it.
I truly hope that you both have peace someday.

  17. Beautifully said, the truth will set you free!

  18. Yes the truth will set those who are deserving free.I know what Rodger said in his deposition but I also know that there was alot of other things said by other people that were not true.and those few pages are only bits and pieces of about 20 hours of interrogation.I pray daily this comes to an end and the real killer or killers are caught.I pray you get your justice and the innocent get their peace.I will no longer be posting as I have realized that this could go on forever as none of us will change our minds.I will continue to keep you all in my prayers as I have all along and believe that someday the truth will be known
